Plain terms for a small studio. Using this website or one of our games means you accept them.

Using our games

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you control, for your own enjoyment. Please do not copy, sell, reverse engineer or redistribute them, and please do not use automated tools to play them.

Playing with others

Multiplayer is meant for people who already know each other. Choose a display name you would be happy for a child to read — we may remove a name that is offensive from any service we run.

What belongs to whom

The games, this website, the Mystic Fox name and the fox mark are ours. Anything you write to us stays yours, but you give us permission to read it and act on it.

Purchases

Where a game offers a purchase, it is handled by the app store you installed from, and that store's refund policy applies. We do not process payments ourselves.

Availability

We do our best to keep everything working, but we do not promise a service will be uninterrupted or free of faults. Our games are designed to keep working offline precisely so a problem at our end does not stop you playing.

Liability

Our games are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using them. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continuing to use our games afterwards means you accept the update.
